The four that do the heavy lifting

• L-Glutathione — an antioxidant that helps limit the melanin overproduction behind dark patches, and mops up the daily damage from sun and pollution that leaves skin looking grey.
• Alpha Arbutin — a gentle brightener derived from bearberry. It targets existing marks and is far kinder to the skin barrier than the aggressive lightening agents it replaced.
• Hyaluronic Acid — draws water into the upper layers of the skin. Well-hydrated skin reflects light more evenly, which is why tone looks better long before pigment has actually shifted.
• Allantoin — a soothing agent that reduces the tight, itchy feeling dry or wind-exposed skin gets, and helps the surface feel smoother to the touch.

Glycerin and sorbitol hold that moisture in place. Castor oil and isopropyl myristate keep the texture slippy enough to spread over the whole face from just a few drops. Xanthan gum thickens it so the drops do not run off your fingers.

How to use the ampoule for the best result

1. Wash your face and pat it almost dry. Slightly damp skin helps the ampoule spread and absorb.
2. Tip out three to four drops onto your fingertips. That is enough for the whole face — more will not work faster.
3. Press it over the cheeks, forehead, chin and down the neck. Press rather than rub, and skip the eyelids.
4. Wait about a minute for it to sink in.
5. Follow with your night cream to seal it in. If you are using it in the morning, finish with sunscreen — every brightening routine is wasted without it.

Keep the bottle capped, upright and out of direct sunlight. Glutathione is happiest in a cool, dark cupboard rather than on a sunny bathroom shelf.

Can L-Glutathione whiten skin?

It can make skin look brighter and more even, and it can help dark patches fade. What it cannot do is change your natural skin colour or lighten you beyond your own baseline tone. The realistic outcome is your skin at its clearest and most even — not a different complexion.

What do glutathione for skin whitening before and after results really look like?

Less dramatic than the photos you see online, and slower. Expect a fresher, less grey look in week one, visibly softer dark patches by week three, and the clearest difference at six to eight weeks. Photos showing several shades of change in a fortnight are almost always lighting, filters or something stronger than a topical serum.

Is this an injection, a drip or a capsule?

None of those. This is a topical ampoule you apply to the surface of your skin. Do not swallow it, and do not inject it. Glutathione injections and IV drips are medical procedures with real risks and are not something we sell or recommend.

Morning or night?

Night is the easier habit and the one we suggest. If you prefer mornings, it is fine — but sunscreen becomes non-negotiable, because fresh sun on treated skin will undo the work.

Can I use it with vitamin C or retinol?

With vitamin C, yes — they complement each other. Use vitamin C in the morning and this at night. With retinol, keep them on alternate nights at first. Both at once on the same evening is a common reason skin starts to sting.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Generally yes, because there are no acids or strong exfoliants in it. Do a patch test behind the ear for two nights first. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or being treated for a skin condition, check with your doctor before starting anything new.

How long does one 5ml ampoule last?

At three to four drops a night, roughly a month for the face and neck. If yours is emptying in two weeks, you are almost certainly using too much.

Can I use it on dark underarms, knees or elbows?

It is formulated for the face and neck. The skin on knees and elbows is far thicker, so a 5ml ampoule is an expensive and slow way to treat it — a whitening soap or body lotion is a better fit for those areas.
