Easy & Free Returns
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged or you’re not fully satisfied, contact us at info@facefresh.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can also initiate a return via the “My Account” section. Return shipping costs for voluntary refunds are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Items purchased with discount codes or during promotions are non-refundable unless damaged or expired. In such cases, we may request product photos and may waive the need for return.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after approval. Store credit may be issued upon request for future purchases. For bank deposit payments, refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7 working days. Please email your account details for secure processing.
Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, contact us at info@facefresh.com before it ships. If the order has not left our warehouse, we will cancel it immediately and confirm via email. Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled.
