1. Wash with the soap, morning and night. Lather in your hands first, then apply.
2. Serum on damp skin, two or three drops, morning and night.
3. Cream at night, thinly. In the morning use it only if you are wearing sunscreen over it.
4. The vitamin E capsule on dry patches, not the whole face. One capsule covers a lot.
5. Give it eight weeks. Nothing in this box is fast, and the gentler cream is slower than the acid one.

Is the cream in this box the same as the Gold Plus cream?

No, and this is the single most useful thing to know before buying. The standalone jar contains glycolic, salicylic and azelaic acid. The 4-in-1 cream contains none of them, and adds shea butter, cocoa butter and octinoxate instead. They are related products, not the same product in a smaller size.

Which one should I start with?

This one, if you have never used a brightening routine. It is gentler, it is complete, and it lets you find out how your skin responds before you introduce acids. Move to the standalone cream later if you want more, and read that page first.

Does the octinoxate mean I can skip sunscreen?

No. Octinoxate is a genuine UV filter, but a filter in a formula is not the same as a tested, rated sunscreen. There is no SPF number on this pack, so there is no way to know what protection it gives. Wear proper sunscreen over it, every morning.

What is the vitamin E capsule for?

Dry patches, cracked lips, the corners of the nose in air conditioning. Snip one open and use the oil where you actually need it. Spreading pure vitamin E over a whole face is heavy and, on acne-prone skin, sometimes counterproductive.

Is it a good gift?

Can I use the soap on my body?

Yes. It is a mild bar — sodium cocoyl isethionate and hydrolyzed silk make it gentler than most whitening soaps — and body skin will tolerate it easily. A 100gm bar lasts four to six weeks used all over. The full soap range has stronger options if you want them.

Can I buy the items separately afterwards?

You can buy products with the same names, but check the ingredient lists first. Each of the four is formulated differently from its standalone version. If you liked the cream in this box specifically, buying the standalone jar will give you a noticeably stronger product.
